Work your way through the quest to find him and Crow, before it updates and asks you to visit Spider in the Tangled Shore. Osiris has landed himself in a bit of hot water and unfortunately, his Ghost has perished. Once you've unlocked the required areas, head to the Moon and look for a quest marker titled Trail of the Hunted.
